I was very happy with my treatment, and all the staff made me feel at ease. I considered it very good teamwork. I could not be happier wth my treatment, but wished that there was a way by which the waiting time just prior to treatment could be reduced.

Thank you for that very useful feedback. Waiting can be very frustrating and it's a difficult balancing act between keeping waiting at a minimum and ensuring as many people as possible can be treated safely in the day. I'm sorry you had to wait longer than you'd have liked and we are looking at ways of making procedure times more predictable and waiting times as short as possible.

Superb service from beginning to end. Very quick and easy to make an appointment and be seen the same day. The doctor was very thorough and took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions, but was also very efficient - my mole was removed the same day with the histology results arriving 10 days later, as expected.

Dr. Drake had to perform a 5mm widening section around a previously made excision very close to the nipple. It was about eliminating what was initially diagnosed as spitz nevus. During the operation, Dr. Drake was professional and very kind and reassuring. After the operation, one of the nurses offered me tea and discussed postoperative care. At that point, Dr. Drake joined the nurse to make sure that I understood everything the nurse told me. I feel really thankful for the way he treated me. Also, after 3 weeks after the surgery, my scar is looking very good and I'm also happy that he managed to save the nipple even if the lesion was very close to it. Moreover, he managed to the whole operation while teaching a junior doctor who was also present in the theatre. The whole experience was really good and warm.
